Owner: Martin Baelde Martin has 26 years experience in forklift repairs. After many years in the service department, he has now taken on the role of salesman for the company.  Martin has proven to be fair, honest and reliable in every area of this business. Martin is has been married since 1982 and has four children.

Office Manager: Mark Alward Mark comes to us from a rental house background, with experience in repairs as well as customer service. Mark also has other various work experience including farming as well as community work. When you call the office, whether it be to schedule a service call, order parts, arrange for training or the purchase of a lift truck, Mark will be happy to meet your needs with quick & courteous service. Mark is also a family man, married since 1985, with three children.

Office Girl: Toniette Giesbrecht Toniette Giesbrecht is Martin’s oldest daughter. Toniette is teaching the ropes in the office to Frank. She is the official “office girl” and assistant to Mark. She graduated high school in June 2003, and since then has had experience working as a crossing guard, school custodian, and house keeper. She doesn’t know much about forklifts, she just takes care of the office stuff. Toniette is a volunteer youth leader at Aylmer Full Gospel Church, and enjoys hanging out with teenagers, going on mission trips, spending time with family and doing road trips with friends. .

Parts Man:Frank Wiebe

Frank Wiebe is our New "Parts Man" learning the ropes of managing all our parts. He knows Mark Alward when he went to a Wednesday Night Bible Study. He is currently renovating His home and helped us to fix and move into our new building and by his work asked to take this new Position. He is new and will most likely make some mistakes, please bear with him as he learns to become a Top Parts Manager to Serve you and us better.
